If you are unhappy with your purchase from Jewels by Shweta, we offer a partial refund of 85% of your total invoice value. A 15% deduction will be made to cover handling, insurance, and logistics costs.

To initiate a return, email us at shweta@jeyporecreations.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please include clear photographs if applicable.

Once we acknowledge your request, we will arrange a pickup. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all secure packaging intact.

After inspection, if the item meets our return guidelines, your refund will be processed.

If the product does not meet the return guidelines, we reserve the right to decline the request.

Damages

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product for another of the same value, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

No amount will be deducted for exchanges. The product must be returned in its original condition and secure packaging.
