Return, Damage, and Exchange Policy for Jewels by Shweta


Returns

  • If you are unhappy with your purchase from Jewels by Shweta, we offer a partial refund of 85% of your total invoice value. A 15% deduction will be made to cover handling, insurance, and logistics costs.

  • To initiate a return, email us at shweta@jeyporecreations.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please include clear photographs if applicable.

  • Once we acknowledge your request, we will arrange a pickup. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all secure packaging intact.

  • After inspection, if the item meets our return guidelines, your refund will be processed.

  • If the product does not meet the return guidelines, we reserve the right to decline the request.

Return Inspection & Eligibility
After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return guidelines. Once approved:

Refund Processing Time

  • Your refund will be processed within 5 working days of inspection approval.

  • The refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note that delays in crediting the amount to your bank account may occur due to bank processing times.

Damages

  • For any defects or damages, contact us at shweta@jeyporecreations.com within 24 hours of receiving your product. Attach detailed photographs highlighting the issue.

  • Our team will work to resolve the matter promptly, and a replacement of the same design will be arranged.

  • The damaged product must be returned in its original condition with secure packaging. We will arrange the pickup for the same.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange your product for another of the same value, you must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • No amount will be deducted for exchanges. The product must be returned in its original condition and secure packaging.

All international orders are non-refundable
